What to expect from SCAA's St Andrew's Day ball at Stirling Castle

All preparations are being made to ensure the 2025 Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance St Andrew’s Day ball is a night to remember.

Held at the historic Stirling Castle on Saturday 29 November, SCAA’s annual ball is a celebration of Scottish culture and of our vital, life-saving service.

By attending this year’s ball, you will be directly contributing to the preservation of this national charity service. Your presence and contributions will ensure we can continue to be there for every person in Scotland who needs us now and in the future. Because no one in Scotland should die because help can’t get there in time.

Guests can expect to be wined and dined with a sparkling drinks reception followed by a three-course dinner service. Within the dramatic surroundings, we will also host a champagne raffle, and an auction offering a plethora of unique items and experiences for you to take home.

One of the highlights of the evening will also be entertainment from ‘the world’s favourite ceilidh band’ Whisky Kiss! The group create an up-tempo blend of old traditional Scottish music with a new, lively energy that proved a huge hit with guests at last year’s St Andrew’s Day ball. The dance floor was packed until the night ended around midnight.

Tickets are priced at £100 per person or £1,000 for a table of 10.

If you can’t be there on the night, but would like to support the event, we are currently accepting auction items. If you would like to donate an item, whether it be travel, artwork, hampers, experiences, memorabilia or anything unique, then please email our Events Officer Caryn at: c.whitelaw@scaa.org.uk

“Together, we can make a difference and ensure that no one in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help can’t get there in time—let's dance, celebrate, and raise vital funds,” said Caryn.

Alternatively, if you are interested in helping to sponsor our St Andrew’s Day Ball, please get in touch with our Partnerships Manager Andrew at: a.kernohan@scaa.org.uk
