Abseil almost 98ft from the Murrayfield Stadium roof - or take on an endurance stairclimb challenge around this iconic Scottish landmark.
Get ready for an adrenaline-pumping adventure like no other! This thrilling and one-of-a-kind challenge invites you to conquer a daring free-fall abseil from the legendary Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium – Scotland’s largest and most iconic rugby venue and home of Scottish Rugby. Whether you're a passionate rugby fan or a fearless thrill-seeker, this is an experience that will leave you breathless.

Plunge 98 feet into the air, feeling the rush of the descent, before a gentle landing pitchside. Set against the backdrop of Murrayfield’s historic grounds, this is the ultimate abseiling adventure that will elevate your courage and create memories to last a lifetime.
We’re asking all our fundraising heroes to promise to raise a suggested target sponsorship of £250, but the sky’s the limit.
Minimum age to register for the abseil is 11 (note there is a minimum height requirement of 140cm). Anyone taking part under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian with parental responsibility on site at Murrayfield and contactable for the duration of them taking part in the abseil.

Choose Your Challenge:
Classic Challenge: Tackle approximately 4,200 stairs — a true test of stamina and determination.
Extreme Challenge: Take it to the next level with around 7,500 stairs — for the brave and bold.
We’re asking all our fundraising stairclimbers to promise to raise a suggested target sponsorship of £150, but the sky’s the limit.
Minimum age to register for the stairclimb is 16. Anyone aged 16 and under will need consent from a parent/guardian to take part in the stairclimb.
