Everything we do is made possible by our supporters. Because of you, we can reach people when they need urgent medical care, in time. Your support saves lives.
You are a valued member of our charity and play a vital role in delivering life-saving missions. When you choose to support SCAA, you can expect the following from us.
We will be open, transparent and accountable
- We will explain how funds are raised, how your donations are spent and the difference your donations make.
- We will update you regularly on the impact of your support, sharing both what has been achieved and where challenges remain. Where we work with a third party to fundraise on our behalf, we will make this relationship clear.
- You can ask us about any of our fundraising activities and we will be open about how and why we fundraise.
We will treat you with respect
- We will always treat you with dignity, fairness and professionalism.
- We will never place undue pressure on you to give.
- There is no obligation to continue supporting us, and you can change or stop your support at any time.
- We will communicate with you in a way that is considerate, inclusive and appropriate.
- We will follow the highest standards of ethical fundraising practice, including the Fundraising Code of Practice.
We will communicate with you how you want us to

- We will give you clear choices in how and when we contact you.
We will listen to your feedback and continually work to improve
